Which areas of Maui do you serve?

We are proudly based in Lahaina on Maui’s stunning West Side. Our standard service area spans from Olowalu to Kapalua including Lahaina, Kā‘anapali, Napili, and all nearby areas with no additional travel fees. For locations beyond this region, a flat travel fee of $100 will apply to ensure seamless coordination and timely setup for your special experience.

Can I choose the picnic location?

Absolutely! Picnics can be set up at your private residence, vacation rental, hotel/resort, or one of our partner venues (we’re happy to share options and pricing).

Please note: Due to Maui County and DLNR regulations, commercial picnic setups aren’t permitted on public beaches or parks. Instead, we offer beautiful private venues and partner locations that provide the same island charm in a more relaxed, worry-free setting.

For a true beach vibe, our Picnic-to-Go rental is a wonderful option — you can take the set anywhere on Maui and create your own picnic by the shore.

How does the Picnic-to-Go package work?

We’ll meet you at an agreed location to hand off your curated Picnic-to-Go set. You can take it anywhere you’d like — from a beach day to a sunrise at Haleakalā. Clear return instructions will be provided when we meet.

What happens if the weather isn’t good?

For outdoor picnics, we’ll move the setup indoors whenever possible — and it will be just as beautiful. If moving indoors isn’t an option, our standard cancellation policy will apply.

What is your cancellation policy?

Because every picnic is custom prepared, we require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Do you provide food and beverages?

We don’t include food or drinks in our packages. Guests are welcome to arrange their own, and many choose to order through their hotel. We’re also happy to recommend fantastic local restaurants, cafés, and gourmet providers that offer takeout or delivery.

What if I want to customize my setup?

Absolutely! We love bringing personal touches to each experience. Customizations can be incorporated to reflect your vision, and depending on the scale and details requested, an additional fee may apply.

Indoor Picnic vs. In-Room Styling – What’s the Difference?

Indoor Luxury Picnic
An Indoor Picnic offers the full luxury picnic experience, thoughtfully brought indoors. This option is ideal when there is a separate room or open area with enough space for a styled low table and floor seating. It includes all the signature elements of our classic setup—layered rugs, plush pillows, curated table décor, and fresh florals—allowing for a more expansive and immersive design.

In-Room Curated Styling
In-Room Styling is best suited for intimate spaces where a full table setup isn’t possible—such as a standard hotel bedroom. This experience focuses on beautifully styling the bed or a dedicated corner of the room, incorporating elegant touches like florals, textiles, and a lace teepee to create a romantic and visually striking atmosphere within a more compact space.
